Welcome to Camp Road Middle School

Welcome to Camp Road Middle School – home of the Cougars. We are a new school serving all James Island middle school students. We will spend three years on the campus of the former James Island Middle while our state-of-the-art new school is being constructed on the former Fort Johnson Middle property. We are excited to be able to offer Project Lead the Way engineering classes, chorus, French and Spanish, and more to all James Island middle school students.

Parents, We Need Your Help!

All schools in Charleston County School District are participating in a national accreditation process called AdvancED. In addition, every school district in South Carolina is also participating in the AdvancEd accreditation process.  Schools will receive visits by an external review team to evaluate the schools’ data, perception, progress towards quality, and plans for improvement. As part of this process, we need to have at least 20% of our parents complete the parent survey. The link is attached to this article, and the deadline to complete the survey is Thursday, February 27. Please help us reach our goal of 160 surveys by taking 5 minutes today to complete it. Thanks for your support.
