School Tour Request

Are you interested in your child coming to Camp Road Middle? Fill out this Tour Request Form for more info!

You must fill out the form in order to attend one the following Open House dates and times:

• Wednesday, February 4th (6-7 p.m.)
• Friday, February 6th (9-10 a.m.)
• Wednesday, February 18th (6-7 p.m.)
• Friday, February 27th (6-7 p.m.)
• Wednesday, March 4th (6-7 p.m.)
• Friday, March 6th (9-10 a.m.)
• 5th Graders from feeder schools will be touring January 20-22
